    12# and only did jumps for the 1st round then did step ups

    Intermittent box jumps and step ups.

    I am a bit frustrated with myself this am, as I have used a 14# wall ball before, and I have never done step-ups instead of box jumps. But it was my first day back in a week, and I was sick, so I s’pose I should channel my energy into doing better on Saturday.

    …And glad to “figure out”/actually attempt this blog thing. Gotta make it a habit for the nutrition challenge, right?
