Hip Flexors

Strength:
3×5 Back Squat (use approximately 50%, 65%, then 80% of 1RM)

WOD:
AMRAP in 9 minutes:
3 Squat Snatch (135#/95#)
9 Hand Release Push-ups

Core/Accessory:
Alternating Tabata Hollow Holds/Supermans

3×8 Ring Rows

    Back squats – 65# 85# then 105#

    7 with 35# snatch and push ups on 16″ box

    BS 95#, 115#, 145#

    WOD: 6+1, 45# SS, push ups on 16″ box after round 2

    Back Squats: 75#, 95#, & 125#

    WOD: 6, 45# snatch, push ups on 30″ box
    Focused on catching the bar lower. Struggled to hit full squat on last 2 rounds.
