Strength:
Up to 15 minutes to find 1 RM Strict Press

WOD:
Death by Burpee
1 Burpee during the 1st minute
2 Burpees during the 2nd minute
3 Burpees during the 3rd minute…
Until you cannot complete the number of burpees during the minute
Compare to 11/17/2014

4×25 GHD Sit-Ups

8 alternating Turkish Get-Ups

    EMOM for 10 minutes:
    2 hang squat snatches
    65, 65, 75, 75, 75, 80, 80, 80, 85, 80

    4 Rounds:
    5 weighted pull-ups (5#)
    Rest 2 min
    3 behind the neck jerks + 2 overhead squats (85#)

    Metcon:
    17+17

    GHD sit-ups done
    Turkish Getups w/ 35# kettlebell
