    4+85, 55# KB swings instead of snatches due to shoulder issues; 100 singles

    5+1 – 10 min AMRAP, 75# snatch, 3:1 singles. Did core: 25# plate sit-ups, green band GMs.

    55#, singles & DU attempts – most DUs ever for me. One at a time, but got a few.

    50 GMs w red band, 2×25 sit-ups… As always, rushing to get out the door.
