    225# deadlift, box assisted hspu, 70# kb, 13:11

    12:36-120# deadlift, Hsu with 3 ab mats, 53# lb for half then dropped to 35#

    12:06 – 185# DLs, box HSPUs, 70# KBs. Did core: 25# planks 2:13/2:47, green banded GMs, 1 rope climb.
