    Built up to 85# for split jerk

    5 rounds with 115# and single unders

    First time for split jerks…interesting. 3+83 due to a lot of single unders.

    Split Jerks: worked up to 135#

    5+8: 205# DLs, singles (3:1). 85/95/105/115/125 split jerks. Core: 45# GHD BP, Green band leg curls in 2×50 + 1 rope climb.
