    105# x 1 & 115# X2 for push press. 150 single unders with 225# deadlift. time 8:22.

    6:52 with 150 singles and 95# deadlifts

    Completely forgot to look at my time…? – 185# DLS, singles 3:1. Push press: 75/85/95. Did core + 1 rope climb + 1 mile run.
