    Strength/Skill Session:
    Bench Press: “Sevens” @ 85#
    Snatch: 5×1
    75#, 85#, 100#, 105#, 115# (F)
    Muscle-Up Test – Unbroken sets, rest “as needed” between sets:
    1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1 – took about 6:30 to complete
    The 2nd set of 4 was supposed to be 5 but I failed on the 5th. My goal is to do the complete set of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 by the end of the year.

    Strength programming will return after the CAL championship match on 9/26.
