    4+7 Rx’d

    Then working on Deadlifts for Festivus and got 20 reps in 30 sec at 115#

      Gahhhh! Deadlifts = so much faster for those closer to the ground. 😉

    Pistols assisted with opposite foot behind ankle- but got most left legs Rx and one or 2 real right leg pistols !
