    HSPU w/2 abmats (3 wall walks for last round)
    Ring dips with feet on box
    Push ups on 20″ box

    Can we be done with shoulders for a while, please??? Arms are generally required as I go through my day.

    16:14rx. A pr of 94sec (17:50rx from 2013) over two minutes better than last time. Hurts so good. Party on Garth!

    PR by 50 seconds. Charlie horse to the left tricep during the 2nd round made this especially interesting.

    I forgot my time. But I haven’t forgotten the WOD, because my shoulders still hurt. ALLLLL the HSPU recently! That was hard.

    14:13 – Box HSPUs, box ring dips and 18 of push-ups scaled to knees. Did core + 1 rope climb.
