    115# on squat clean EMOM
    good WOD 14:32 @175#, knees to chest, very weak on the push ups, triceps still sore from Wednesday’s WOD
    did extra deadlines 2x 205# and 3x 225# twice
    only 2 per side get ups with 26# bell
