    Pistols with foot behind ankle/ some RX on my strong leg.
    Toes To Bar attempts (getting about 70% of them, at least with one foot)
    Time: slow, 12:something maybe?

    – pistols down to 16″ box (not very graceful)
    – knees2chest

    10:39. All sorts of scaling.
    Pistols off 20″ box, push-up from 30″ box, 5 knees above parallel/5 toes to rig on floor each round.

    HEs @ 35#

    6:53 – 18″+1 plate box pistols, scaled about half TTB to knees-to-chest. Did core w/ 55# plate + 1 mile run + 1 rope climb.
