    okay we had at least 7-8 people in class today… post your score!

    4+26 @ 175# (good DU day for the most part!)
    3+6 Rx (still need to work on keeping core tight)

    Pike Leg Lifts are realllllly hard.

      I just looked at my last score, it was 3+29 @ 185# and 3… so improvement in reps but I went down 10 pounds… uhoh!

    I swear on my life I wasn’t avoiding Wall Balls. I woke up at 5am and then the next thing I knew it was 6am 😦 I was legit upset.
