    9+2
    Subbed 6 self assisted pull ups + 6 self assisted ring dips for the 2 muscle ups
    hand stand push ups with 3 ab mats (they felt pretty good for the first few rounds)
    55# KB- somewhere in between american style and russian style. Was a bit too timid to go full out american with a 55#

    9 + 6, 6 assisted butterfly sit pull ups, 6 box assist ring dips for muscle ups. 2 abmats for HSPU.
