Please note – we will only have a 10 a.m. class on Saturdays. Open Gym at 9 a.m. and Intro to CrossFit when scheduled. Come cheer on the CrossFit Chantilly Capital Affiliate Teams competing from 1 p.m.-3 p.m.! The Open team, currently in 4th place overall will be at CrossFit Durable. The Novice team will be at CrossFit Verity.

Mobility:
Hip Flexors

Strength:
3×5 Push Press from rack (choose the heaviest weight you can do 5 quick reps without redipping between reps)

WOD:
3 Rounds:
5 Hang Squat Snatch (115#/75#)
10 Alternating Pistols

Core/Accessory:
Alternating Tabata: Hollow Hold/Superman

3×8 Ring Rows
