    HSPU = 2 Mats
    Clean = 85lbs

    55# snatch balance. First time doing this movement, pretty happy with that weight and feeling steady with it.

    WOD: 5
    85# cleans, HSPUs with knees on box

    Comp WOD: 2:43
    55# clusters, 75# deadlifts, 16k goblet squats
