    30 min EMOM (10 rounds)
    All with 20# vest
    Min 1: 100m run (with 10# med ball)
    Min 2: Max step-ups (20″ box)
    Min 3: 5 plate G2OH (25#)

    203 total step-ups (20 each round until the end I got 23)

    WOD: 11:53 Rx’d

      Today was so super fun. Thanks Sebastian for the push during the 9AM WOD and thanks to Dan for all the fun he planned for me all week!!! And also Shawn for working out with me at 8 all week 😊
