    Went for a 4th set at 185 but only got 3.

    WOD: 11+ 5 @ 65#, feet on box for ring dips

    Back squat: worked up to 135#, then 7 min EMOM of 2 reps @ 105#

    9+2 – 105 HPCs, box ring dips. Front squats: 95/125/145. Did core w/ 45# plate for HEs + 1 rope climb + 1 mile run.
