      SP was not a PR…my PR is 75#. I’m ok with that. I didn’t try 75# but I tried & failed 78#. I think I have it but I was tired after the Dan WOD and may have done too many warm-up sets. Next time 😊

    This morning – bench press 3×5 @ 125#
    20ish minute partner WOD TBA in a week or two

    Metcon: 8:53 rx’d
    Strict Press: 98# (failed at 103# but didn’t have high hopes considering the unexpected bench work from the morning)

    Weighted muscle-up work – got 20#, failed again at 25#

    8:33 – box pistols. Strict press: 105 1 rep max. Did core + 2 rope climbs + 50 push-ups + 1 mile run.
