Teams of 2 – both partners can work at the same time. No need to finish one movement before moving on.
Buy-In: Both partners run 400 meters
When both partners finish the run start the work:
100 Shoulder-to-Overhead (115#/75#)
100 Abmat Sit-Ups
100 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
100 Calorie Row
Every 5 minutes, teams stop work and do 5 burpees
