Informal, Friendly, Team Competition tomorrow (Saturday) starting at 10 a.m., INSTEAD of classes! You don’t have to have a team assembled to participate. JUST R.S.V.P so a team can be assembled – and SHOW UP!

Strength:
Front Squats: 5×3
Add weight to each set
3 second pause at the bottom of the 3rd rep of each set

WOD:
AMRAP in 7 minutes:
5 Deadlifts (275#/185#)
15 Toes-to-Bar

Core/Accessory:
3×8 Hip Extensions

    Definitely felt the 50 deadlifts, 40 toes-to-bar, and 40 GHD sit-ups from yesterday. Guess I should have looked ahead before making up a WOD from last week!
