Community, CrossFit, competition, caffeine… What could be better?

Bring or invite a CrossFit-ing friend!

Come for a team-based, all-level, unknown-and-unknowable, multi-WOD competition guaranteed to be tons of fun!

You DO NOT need to have a team assembled beforehand. In fact, we’ll be choosing captains and picking teams on Saturday!

This is purely for fun and camaraderie, if you can’t tell already. No need to be intimidated. If you did a WOD this week, there’s no reason you shouldn’t take part!

Please RSVP if you will be participating, so that proper provisions and planning can be arranged.

Run 1 Mile
50 Abmat Sit-Ups
75 Push-Ups

100 Band Pull Aparts

      Would have preferred the original
      1 mile run
      50 sit-ups
      50 push-ups
      1 mile run
      Why was it changed? 😝

      Oh also did Tuesdays bear complex that I missed
      Got up to 80#
      BTN was tough let’s do more of that!

    My run was more like a very slow jog 😳
