        Meh…Just keep moving. Break the burpees up in 10s if you need to. I did the last 20 unbroken just to be done with it. You got this sub 20!

    18:47 WOD / 29:33 WOD + 1 mile run. Did core: 1:30/1:30/1/1 planks, black band pull-aparts. + 1 rope climb. My kind of WOD.
