      Last time I did this the weekend after it was prescribed and it was 8:21.
      I do know today I no-repped myself about 5 times for not getting the ball completely to target.

    6/30 WOD: 9:18
    5 rounds
    10 HSPU and 200 meter run
    First round did 10 HSPU with three matts, rest did 5 HSPU with three matts. (First time being able to do a HSPU with matts!!)

    Did this last Friday. 9 something I think.

    Today did wall ball flight simulator at Faction Strength and Conditioning (Home of CrossFit Memphis). Taking care of some family stuff out here and always love dropping in with these guys.
