    Today’s beach WOD

    5 RFT
    200m run
    50 sit ups, 40 squats, 30 lunges, 20 push ups

    28:28

    Grand total of 620 squats in 3 days not counting warmups!

    1.5 mile run to breakfast
    1.5 mile walk back

    I don’t have my time, I guess I was just so happy to finally do a real snatch!
    the first 21 were unbroken and it felt great!
    And my wall walks are getting easier – maybe I’m on my way to hspu’s.
