7 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
7 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Stop when you can’t complete the work in the minute

Wednesday:
6×200 meter run
Rest 1:1

Friday:
1 Rep Max Squat Snatch

Saturday:
1 Rep Max Squat Clean
