    3+6 rx’d (almost kept up with Sebastian… 4 reps behind)

    Post surgery snatch PR yesterday at 125#!!!! Only 5# away from my lifetime PR!

    10:15am class for me today, oops, I owe Coach Dan burpees.

    WOD: 3+3
    Squat Clean Thrusters @ 60# first time doing these and I’m not totally comfortable with the movement so I kept it kind of light and focused on keeping the bar close, knees out and keeping weight in my heels.
    Ring Dips – 1 strict per round then with one heel on a box in front

    Core/Accessory:
    Tabata Plank Holds done (but couldn’t finish that last round!)
