    STR: FS@ 255#, 265#, 275#. Failed second lift @275. Felt form breaking down and let it go. Next time.

    MOD WOD: DB strict press @30#, knee ups, DUs.
    7:16 + BONUS: 500m row, 20 PUs, 500m row, 50 HRPUs, rest. 30 PUs.

    Well this was a fun day!

    Strength:
    Front Squat: 3×2 @ 125# 135# 145#

    WOD: 9:08
    5 Wall Walks instead of Handstand Push-Ups
    15 Knees to Elbows instead of Toes-to-Bar (still working on stringing them together)
    And I did 26 consecutive DUs in the last round which I think is my most ever!

    Core/Accessory:
    100 Band Pull Aparts (black band)
    50 GHD Sit-ups

    HSPUs off box, 8 knees to above parallel/7 toes to rig on the floor, single unders

    Its tough keeping up when life only allows me to WOD 1x/week. Hopefully life will back off soon!

    10:56 – Kettlebell push press (26#) instead of HSPU, about 2/3 TTB we’re scaled to knees-to-chest, singles (3:1). Front squats: 155/160/167 (PR). Black band pull-a parts.
