    Completed first set of snatches, switched to cleans for 9 on down to 1. OHS was solid.

    Rowed 500m 1:54 (4sec improvement from last week)

    CORE: plank, yes (45,45,30)

    (3 min longer, but added 20# from last time!!) Form is improving.

    13:39- first 25 reps at 40# and the rest at 35#(wrist started hurting so I had to go down)

    First time in my 8 months doing crossFit that I do RX.
    A little bit slow in time but done!

    WOD: 19:59 “RX”
    Core: No way I did core… Just left as soon as my soul came back on myself.
