    Well I think I got somewhere between 140-150(+?) Rx’d…lost count in 3rd round. Slowed down w/ the strict press. Didn’t get any DUs but counted attempts.

    WOD: 280-something.
    This was fun, all stuff that’s up my alley! First time doing tire flips and that was my favorite part. And I can do a zillion DUs in a row now. Good start to the weekend!!!

    117 team tire flips / rows with Heather and Chirag…didn’t much care for the Sally up Sally down back squats…can we go back to Burpees 🙂 !
