    MOD WOD: 100M Farmers carry, alternating between 70# KB and pinch grip @ 35#/ Wall Balls @14#
    16:2…something.
    Pinch grip was humbling; Wall Balls were unbroken every round; prob ready for 18# late this month/early July.

    CORE: Will plank tonight…with my kid on my back.
