    STR: Dead Lift – find heavy single…@370#. That’s a PR (+5#). Crazy since I didn’t expect to start seeing PRs again until July/Aug.

    WOD:

    Bench Press: 5×3 @ 93# + orange bands (60% of 1RM + bands)
    Ring Dips: 3 @ 28.5# then 2 @ 26# – had to stop, didn’t have stability today. Nerve pain was pretty bad yesterday, probably as a result of pushing hard Sunday.

    Rest 6.5 hours

    Box Squat w/ Safety Squat Bar: 7×2 @ 145# + orange bands (realizing now should have been red bands) (70% of 1RM + bands (wrong bands))
    3+10/4+5 rx’d
    HEs @ 110#
