    STR: Bench – 5×3 @135# w/ orange bands

    SKL/TECH: Snatch – 5×2 @75#

    WOD (Scaled – inverted rows for PUs): 6:47
    BONUS: +50 Slam Balls

    CORE: monster walk w/ black band. Sub’d 5×10 push ups for GHD bench

    Strength: 55# snatch + overhead squat when I didn’t get to full depth

    WOD: 6:28 thanks to speedy Sebastian for pushing me at the end when I couldn’t feel my arms…

    Pull-Ups (rings, trying not to use feet to push)

      Jen–I used to use you as my weight/time to aim for . . . but you are too strong and fast for me now! Congrats all around. (But I do think we make great WOD partners);)

    Snatched at 88#. No fails but not all pretty reps. Also did sprints in between reps to talk to salesmen selling paper towels. “Hold that thought… I have to snatch real quick…”
