    Very sore after Murph yesterday, went light- just needed to get blood flowing through my mending muscles…

    4 + 17 rx’d. Sit-ups slowed me down but hspus felt really good today. All 4 rounds were unbroken.
    Missed squat day last week so did 6×2 front squats @ 185

    First of all, all of you who showed up after doing Murph yesterday… Wow!!! You’re amazing!

    WOD: 3+32
    HSPUs off 20″ box, 155# DLs

    Handstand skill work: 2×30 sec handstands against the wall. Several attempts at balancing off the wall.
