Skill:

Review Pull-Ups/Scales, Push-Ups, and Air Squats


Workout of the Day:

400 meter run (coach must accompany)
Then 5 Rounds:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
When all kids are done:
400 meter run (coach must accompany)


Game:

Draw a picture of a squat
