WOD:
800 meter run
50 Kettlebell Swings (55#/35#)
50 Box Jumps or Steps (24″/20″)
50 Shoulder-to-Overhead (95#/65#)
800 meter run

Core/Accessory:
Accumulate 2 minutes of side planks (each side)

8 alternating Turkish Get-Ups

    First Rx WOD since I busted my shoulder!

    (FTR I did 20 step ups with each leg, finished with 10 box jumps.)

    Would’ve been closer to 17 because I flew through the KB swings, step-ups and push presses, but that last 800m run was mean! I would’ve walked the last 400m if Van hadn’t passed me up and made me chase her haha!

    21:28rx. For those of you that don’t know me on the Blog, I HATE RUNNING! Always have but, to get better we must train our weaknesses. Not gonna lie it was a major struggle to convince myself to do it but its done now and hell yes Cardio!

    Fair warning to all you bloggers…..I’m coming for you. ๐Ÿ™‚

    35# KB, step ups (tried a jump and the pain felt like my ankle shattered … not 100% but still able to work out on it!), 65# shoulder OH for 25 reps then went down to 55# for the last 25…

    And thank you Palma for making run the last 800 meters. .. I seriously considered giving in and walking, but it’s rude to leave a conversation hanging lol.
