    3+4-#75 and pistols modified with the red marked KB and squatting with it…. ankle still sore but it’s getting there lol.

    5+10 (or 4+10 but I think 5) @ 65#
    super sore from PT yesterday, but no issues working out.
    pistols: used a 16″ box for right leg, and left leg on the last 1.5 rounds

    WOD: 4+7
    Pistols -Hand “halo” around the rig as Coach Dan said, and needed to grab at the bottom to get back up. Note to future Jen: try it with a small plate below your heel next time for stability.
    Shoulder-to-Overhead (80#)

    3×8 Ring Rows
    30-something bday burpees at home with the dog bothering me haha!
