    WOD : 6+19 HSPU on box, step ups (didn’t know how my ankle/foot would handle the impact of a jump so played it safe).

    Morning WOD:

    Strict Press: 3×5 @165

    Front Squat: 225×2, 245×2, 265×2, 275×2, 285×2, 300×2, 315×2

    Weighted pull ups: 5×3 @ 70lbs

    Every min on the min: 10 min

    3 x clean and jerk @ 155lbs

    Rest

    Every min on the min: 10 min

    5 pull ups, 10 push ups and 15 air squats.

    W/ 20 lbs vest

    7 rnds + 4
