Our Spring 2015 CrossFit Kids session will run 5/11-6/18 on Mondays and Thursdays at 5 p.m. It’s a very small class, and the kids are ages 7-12, but if you workout during a Kids class, please be cognizant of their presence with regard to language, conversation topics, and equipment placement. Thank you for helping to make CFC a family friendly place!
Memorial Day Murph is coming up! I am currently looking for someone who has a portable grill. If we can find one, CFC will provide the burgers and hot dogs for the post-WOD cookout! Classes on Memorial Day will be at 9, 10, and 11 a.m. only.
