    3+24 55# (1 snatch away from 4 rounds. I attempted the last snatch and failed because I was rushing…55# is heavy for me)

    WOD: modified since I have a sprained ankle :-/.
    -20 slam balls 15#
    -5 snatches from the knee 35# (worked on form instead of going heavy so I didn’t tweak the ankle)
    4 rounds!

    No core but ankle Mobility!

    Hamstrings and a bunch of other yoga poses before class. No comp strength or pull-up work today.

    That was a lot of burpees!
