    Knees-to-Chest working on kip/stringing them together rather than one T2B at a time

    9:01 rx.

    W2D1 of couch to 5k.
    90sec/2min run/walk for 20minutes

    With the warm up completed 2miles in 25minutes. Slow and steady but getting better

    Was late for wod so just lifted.
    Front squat – 5×3 @ 165#
    Strict press – 3×5 @ 125#
    Pull-up work

    Bench Press: 5×3 @ 65# with red bands from bottom (40% of 1RM + Bands)

    Front Squats @ 128#

    7:06 rx’d (exactly the same time as July 2013)

    Too lazy to adjust rings to do the muscle ups, but I did AMRAP in 80 seconds of muscle-ups on Sunday and got 8, which I wasn’t too happy with.
