    1×8 Muscle-Up Transitions – couldn’t do much, my wrists were sore from thrusters
    Pull-up work: Assisted pull-ups, ring rows, negative, max hang

    5 + 4rx….Mobility still a limiter on thruster effeciency but, getting better!

    Death by Behind the Neck Thrusters

    8+6 @ 115. By removing the mobility limiter i was able to find a groove! Though now i think i need a nap…lol.
