    7:45 mile…my PR is 6:44 I was trying to leave a tad in the tank. My DUs were not brilliant but they were good for me. I’m happy with it!

    14:55, RX’d (squat thruster burpees)
    8:15 mile, 1min off my PR (7:15) but about where I anticipated I’d be at this point in time. Got some work to do.

    Thank goodness for Coach Dan and Sebastian’s encouragement at the end or I would still there doing burpees!

    The highlights of my WOD: 8:30 mile (almost PR), 24 consecutive DUs and Dan’s quote: “Sebastian out-Jenned Jen today.” haha!

    19:56 rx. 11:32 mile. Alot of room for growth but, there you have it. I wasn’t playing when i said Cardio is a goal. BRING IT ON!

    21:18 (got through 42 burpees at 20min cutoff, but still wanted to finish)
    – 8:06min mile
    – lost momentum with singles and burpees…sigh

    Thanks Carlie for motivating me to leave work early to do the WOD. 😉
