    Scaled WOD: inverted/reverse C2B pull ups, 8# WB
    4+29 or 189 reps…did remaining 11 after time was called for total of 200 reps
    Just happy to be back doing WBs again

      I guess another way to think about output today is in seconds:reps which worked out to be 495:200 or 2.475sec:1r. Certainly helps me think/plan through scaling as I continue to rebuild.
