    WOD: 8:59 or so? I was training my weaknesses and not really worried about time today.

    T2B – I can only do one at a time so I focused on opening/closing my shoulders like Dan showed me and doing the hollow/superman in a row with knees to elbows so I can try to get the kip going.

    Overhead Squat – kept it light @40# so could get full depth and focus on midline stability and armpits forward/elbows locked out.

    I don’t think I was 100% successful with either today, but getting there…good learning WOD for me.

    #45-12:40 (would have did it done sooner but ripped thumb skin 😦 BUT worth it because I can get my knees to my elbows yeah!).
