15 Box Jumps or Steps (24″/20″)
15 Deadlifts (155#/105#)

Core/Accessory:
Accumulate 5 minutes of plank

3×8 Ring Rows

    I think I had 6+10 on the board, but I was on my 10th deadlift so I guess that’s 25. I don’t know how you coaches expect us to math after these workouts.

    First RX WOD post surgery. Way ahead of progress/recovery/return from last year.

    10 Rounds:
    50 meter sprint
    50 meter recovery jog
    Rest 1 minute
    All rounds (sprint+jog) were 23-27 seconds (except the last round where I almost got hit by a car during the sprint… the down fall of sprinting in a parking lot). The guy next door said I scared him and he thought we had a fire in our suite because all of a sudden I came sprinting out of the place. #crossfitproblems

    Handstand walk practice instead of wall walks

    8+7 rx’d

    Ran out of time – 3:45 of the planks
