      It was suppose to be light! I did 175# which is 60% of my 295# single from the other week. So, you probably went a little heavy. 😉 great work man!

    37 seconds slower than my PR from Feb 2014. Perspective is a hard thing for me. But tying my shoes and walking were victories for me last time we did this workout so I’m okay with my time today.

    Figured that was a good warm-up for pressing.
    Strict Press: 105# (PR)

    Couldn’t handle the bar for GHD Bench press (was by myself) so I did 3×8 KB windmills at 26# instead.

      Shake it off and live to wod another day. You are a beast and inspire/push those around you to be better then they ever thought they could be. This is only one battle in a long war that you are already winning! Great work coach and great seeing you yesterday.
