    Shoulder rehab continues…
    4:20 (DL@215#, tricep extensions, +10 squat thrust burpees per rnd)

    DL was light but didn’t want to add too much strain/pull on the shoulder too soon

    Doing core at home.

    Strength:
    Push Press worked up to 95# and failed at 100#
    Not a PR but I think this is the heaviest PP I’ve done since I sprained my shoulder a while back.

    WOD: 3:18
    Deadlifts 155#
    Ring Dips…still doing them with heels on a box until I learn to kip or am able to do more than 2 or 3 strict RDs at a time. Thanks to Cat for the lesson!

    205#

    Snatch from blocks (just above knee) 7×1: 75#

    Push Press: 155#

    Metcon: 3:38 rx’d

    KB windmills @ 26#

    leg curls w/ purple band (30-30-20-10-10… next time use a lighter band and get more in a row)

    Skipped the leg curls. The bands and my skin didn’t like each other.
