      Oh I just looked at last year’s that was a 2:42 PR! Same exact scales. From my comment it sounds like the front squats were much easier this time but the HSPUs were about the same.

    Spent 20 + minutes getting #scapjacked

    Note:
    Slower than last year (8:36), but I only did 95# FS and needed 2 ab mats for HSPU.
