20 Front Squats (185#/125#)
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Accumulate 5 minutes of plank

    WOD: 11:36
    Rx Wall Balls, Kettlebell Swings, Burpees
    Front Squats 65# (should have done 75# as I had planned, but chickened out)
    10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups toes on 24″ box and the last 3 were ugly and probably not actual HSPU

    Core/Accessory:
    3.5 minutes of plank

    I think I had 13:43??
    12# wall ball
    26# kettle bell (prob should have done 35#)
    65# front squat
    Hspu on 24″ box

    Just realized we were supposed to plank so I will do that from home
